Wurzburger Kickers – Magdeburg SOCCER PICKS

What is the home advantage in ghost games really worth? The games played so far, which we reported about in our Bundesliga tips after the restart, make it clear that without the support of our own fans, a home game is not what it used to be. You certainly play in the usual environment, but the catch chants are missing from the hosts.

Nevertheless, it is still a small advantage to compete in your own stadium. Therefore, when betting on a match in the third division, you have to take a close look at the series at home and abroad. In Würzburg there will be a game on Tuesday between the Kickers, who have continuously scored at home, and 1. FC Magdeburg, who is waiting for an away win forever.

In the third division table, this also means that the Kickers belong to a circle of an incredible eleven teams that are in the middle of the promotion race, because there are just five points between first and eleventh. With 44 points, the Francs are in seventh place and are still in the middle of the business.

For the second division relegation from Magdeburg, however, it looks much worse. The relegation zone starts from 12th place and the Anhalt team are currently in 15th place and are tied with their neighbor Hallescher FC in the first relegation zone. The classification speaks between the Würzburg kickers and Magdeburg for a prediction of a home win.

However, the third division is again as balanced this season as you can only see it in this season year after year. Anyone can beat anyone and the FCM certainly has the quality to kidnap at least one point with the Kickers. Therefore, a tip on a home win is not necessarily successful between the Würzburg kickers and Magdeburg.

The kick-off for the 29th matchday in the third division between the Würzburger Kickers and 1. FC Magdeburg in the Flyeralarm-Arena will take place on June 2nd, 2020 at 18:00 p.m.

Wurzburger Kickers:

The Würzburg Kickers want to go back to the second Bundesliga with all their might. After relegation from the House of Commons, the Franks were fifth in the third division in the past two years. The Kickers are in the middle of the promotion race again this year and if you believe the statements that come from Michael Schiele and Co., the team is ready to make the jump now.

The lockdown came at the wrong time for the Kickers, because before that there was an uncanny chase. At home, Würzburg scored ten points from the last four games. Overall, the statistics look even better, because the kickers have been unbeaten for seven games in the third division.

If this form can now be preserved, then Michael Schiele’s team is a serious fighter in the fight for promotion. With a win on Tuesday, the jump to the promotion ranks could already succeed. In general, it is conceivable to use the odds of a home win between the Würzburger Kickers and Magdeburg.

To kick off, the Kickers had to compete at SV Meppen last weekend in Emsland. With luck and skill, they managed to avoid a backlog. With Robert Herrmann, a joker with two goals decided the game. Luca Pfeifer was also able to register on the top scorer list. The late goal was only cosmetic results in the 3-1 win of Würzburg.

Not played outstandingly and still won. These are very good prerequisites for being successful in the promotion race, especially since coach Michael Schiele makes it clear that his team has exactly this goal in mind and has not smelled Lunte since the victory in Meppen. The best bookmakers trust the Kickers to return to the House of Commons.

There will be permanent English weeks in the third division. It is therefore important to always be able to add fresh personnel. What Michael Schiele has in mind against Magdeburg is still unclear. Changes in the list are preprogrammed. Yassin Ibrahim will probably still be missing and there is a question mark behind Leroy Kwadwo.

Magdeburg :

It was extremely difficult for the Magdeburgers to prepare for the restart. Saxony-Anhalt only allowed team training again at the beginning of last week, so the FCM is sure to have a competitive disadvantage. However, this fact can no longer count as an alibi.

There is enough quality for the relegation from the second division. With Sören Bertram and Christian Beck, Coach Pele Wollitz also has one of the league’s most dangerous attacking duos. Overall, the FCM rarely shows its strengths on the pitch. In the past eleven games there has been only one win in the third division.

The Anhalt team have been waiting for a win for five games away. These are statistics that can be found in relegation groups. Nevertheless, we think the FCM is an extremely dangerous team. We even lean out of the window and claim that it is possible to predict an away win between the Würzburg Kickers and Magdeburg.

This is because the FCM delivered a very strong match last Saturday, just missing out on the chance to score. 1. FC Kaiserslautern took the lead early on the Elbe, but Magdeburg earned opportunity after opportunity. Jürgen Gjasula even awarded a penalty, so there was another 0-1 defeat.

With the knowledge of being able to master the opponents in phases, a victory should finally be achieved again in Würzburg. It will be difficult, but it is not excluded.
Pele Wollitz will almost certainly make some rotation-related changes and send fresh personnel onto the lawn. Manfred Osei Kwadwo or Patrick Möschl could be the first candidates. The Anhalt people in Würzburg only have to do without Dominik Ernst, who may not be an option this season.
