After the victory in the visit to Hamilton by 3×5, St Johnstone added a point at home with Dundee United (0x0), in a match for the last day in which Davidson’s team was closer to winning, revealing problems at the time of scoring.
Kilmarnock :
Kilmarnock has had a globally balanced campaign, coming to this day of the Premiership in sixth place in the classification table, the first that will guarantee the classification for the championship group in the future, with 14 points, the same than Motherwell, in seventh place, the one with one game less. Last weekend, the team technically led by Alex Dyer failed to overcome the favoritism of the leader Rangers, to whom they lost by 0x1 at home, with a penalty at minute 19. This in a game in which Kilmarnock tried to react in the second half to the disadvantage, despite having had some scoring chances, but failed to find his way to the opponent’s goal. That was also Kilmarnock’s second consecutive defeat, which they also lost at home the previous day, against Hibernian (0x1).
