Eleda Stadion from Malmo, Sweden, will host the match Malmo vs HJK, from the second preliminary round of the UEFA Champions League.
The first leg match, scheduled to start at 18:00, will be refereed by Mykola Balakin from Ukraine.
Both teams passed the 1st round without defeat and qualified after winning the return matches at home with 2-0.
All three previous matches have been won by Malmo, 4-0, 4-0, 2-0, the last match taking place in 2016. HJK has not yet scored in Malmo’s goal and hopes to do so in the first official match.
HJK qualified in the second round after winning the two matches against Buducnost, 3-1 at home and 4-0 away in the second round. Before tonight’s match, HJK surprisingly lost the first match of the championship this season, score 2-1 in front of AC Oulu, the last place team.
Riga FC from Latvia was the opponent of Malmo in the 1st preliminary round. In both games, Malmo managed a 1-0 victory at home, and away, there was a draw, score 1-1. In the last stage of the championship, Malmo recorded the strong victory of this season, 5-0 away with Degerfors.
