Lyon and Lille meet in the first semi-final of the French League Cup. The match will take place on Tuesday, at 19:10 pm, on Parc Olympique Lyonnais.
The last direct meeting between the two teams was played in the tour of the current season of Ligue 1. Lille managed to beat Parc Olympique Lyonnais with the score of 1-0. It was the fifth game in a row disputed on the field of Olympique that the hosts fail to win in front of Lille (two draws and three defeats).

In the quarter-finals of the League Cup, the students of Christophe Galtier passed with the score of 2-0 by Amiens, while the duel of the Ligue was yielded with the score of 0-1, on the field of Dijon.
Lyon has a rematch for the latest results recorded on this field, in front of those from Lille. The hosts showed a much better form in the first weeks of 2020 and we expect to advance to the final of the French League Cup.
