KV Mechelen – Tubize Prediction & Picks (02.09.2018)

KV Mechelen will remain a shadow of its expectations for the time being. After three substandard performances it is time to book results. On the other side is a solid team with a lot of willpower. Can Wouter Vrancken get to Mechelen level and take care of the turnaround against the stiff Tubize?

KV Mechelen:

Mechelen had a false start after the relegation to the Proximus League. It did not go under Dennis Van Wijk as expected. He is (or was?) However a specialist in promotion with a team. He did it five times to the first class and once to the second class, each time with another club. Unfortunately for Van Wijk, the pot was empty quickly with confidence from the board.

Now all that remains is how many points can be gained through the season.

In the cup, the team of Bracconi did very well. It was easily won with large numbers. In the competition they also easily find the back of the net. All together they have made twelve goals in four games since the start of the season, albeit including the cup match. Not bad, I think! A stunt does not seem unachievable for the Tubemen, especially now that Mechelen is shaken. The sudden trainer change (four match days far in the first period) contributes to this.
