Washington Wizards – Boston Celtics

Celtics took over the lead in this series after winning 123-101 in the previous game, played in Boston. The team did have a good start, which did not happen in the first two games played at home. After the first quarter, the score was 33-21 and Washington Wizards had no chance of returning later. Avery Bradley scored 25 points in the first half, out of a total of 29 points in the game, with Isaiah Thomas doing 18 points.

John Wall scored 21 points for guests, one evening Wizards had trouble. Wizards could not recover after being led with 16 points at break, given that the success rate of the throws was under 39%

Direct meetings

Both in the regular season and in the playoffs, the team that played on their own ground was forced into the clashes between the two. In none of the five matches played so far the final difference was less than ten points.

Conclusions

The advantage of their own land was perfectly exemplified in this series, in which the crowd of fans inspired their favorite teams to achieve important successes. It’s hard to believe that things will be different this night. John Wall should be the main actor for Washington in a match where guests’ attempts to end the series will not be successful
