Asian Handicap Betting Strategy

Many talk about it, but I wonder how many really know what it is? First things first … Asian Handicap has been ‘invented’ to reduce sports like football with 3 marks (1 × 2) only two signs (1 and 2). From here we will mainly use two specific terms: favorite and underdog. Favorite is easy to understand why substitutes and underdog (or simply Dog) is smaller team in that game. Besides these two terms, there is the notion of valuable bet. This is a number equal to the product of rate and mathematical probability of the event happening. Unfortunately, this equation has great unknown probability of success bet that it can be approximated only with experience. When this number is greater than or equal to 1, the bet is valuable!

When two teams are close values, the odds are relatively equal, perhaps with a small advantage for the hosts. In this case, any of the 3 signs is worth even more than @ [email protected]. But what happens when the turning point of the two teams is disproportionate? Then factor multimplicare favorite is smaller, not so attractive to the public. At that time favorite starts with a disability, I then have to beat to win the bet clearly Asian.

Logic is theoretically simple: after much study of a match / group matches, specialists bookmakers set the value of this handicap, negative and positive favorite dog (equal but opposite!). To understand better, here’s an example:

Arsenal – Manchester United, Arsenal suppose is @ 1.30. British favorable bet has a relatively low value, and in order to find greater value homes set a handicap. For a share of 1.30, can be reached at -1 / + 1 or -1.5 / + 1.5. Thus, -1 / + 1, Arsenal beat to win the bet if 2 or more goals and lose in case of a tie or defeat of any kind. Manchester United win only x2. If Arsenal win in exactly one goal difference, your bet is declared void. In that! The limit of 1.5 goals, Arsenal win to win by 2 or more Golu, while Manchester United wins x2. The difference between -1 and -1.5 is obvious, but the amount varies depending on risk allowance, so for Arsenal (-1) we have somewhere around @ [email protected] and Arsenal (-1.5) we have over @ [email protected].

So asian handicap favorite is the timing when the underdog has equal chances.

If one of the two teams is considered definite favorite bookmaker will then award the lowest-ranked advantage from the start. This advantage may be 0.5 goals, 1 goal, 1,5 goals, 2 goals etc. So if Team A receives a handicap of +0.5 goals against Team B and Team A is on your bet, you win if the match ends in victory or equal A: Final score 1-0 for team A gets one 5 -0 applying disability and 1-1 final score is 1.5 to 1 for A applying disability. If you bet on Team B, it starts with the same handicap, but with less, so -0,5 goals and your bet will be won if B will win the match at any score.

But what happens if disability is one for A? Well, you do the same calculations through the application handicap final score with the following warning: if Team A loses one goal difference, say 1 to a score by applying the handicap is now 1-1. Because, as I said, Asian Handicap eliminates the draw, in this case, you bet on either team, you will receive your stake back.

Ok, all well and good up here and things will be, I hope, clear. But here the situation is a little complicated so pay attention. Besides asian handicap of the above examples (to tell the Asian handicap singles), there asian handicap double. The bottom line here is that you put the stake on that bet will be divided equally into two distinct bets at the same rate. Thus, the handicap of 0, +0.5 goals for team A, if you bet on team A will actually have two bets, one disabled and other disabled 0 0.5. If Team A wins, both handicaps will be covered, and you win both bets. In case of a tie, half the stake will be returned – first bet. The second bet will be a winner – you win half the initial stake multiplied by the odds bet. If team B wins, both bets will be lost because the handicaps are not covered – you lose your entire stake.

Ie if you make the same calculations meet handicaps like +1, or +2 + 1.5, + 2.5 etc. Note that betting on Team B in the example above, it will start with a handicap of 0, -0.5, so you again have two distinct bets, the first and the second disabled 0 disabled -0.5.

To complicate things further though, shows Asian Handicap bookmakers in different forms. Thus, the handicap + 0, + 0.5 (Bet365) is similar to 0.25 (10Bet) and +1/4 (Gamebookers). It’s simple if you think that 0.25 is actually the average of 0 and 0.5 and 1 divided by 4 equals 0.25. Similarly, +1, +1.5 is the same 1.25 (average of 1 to 1.5) and +1 1/4 (1 + 0.25).

Not all bookmakers offer Asian handicap and not for all matches. The best bookmakers on Asian handicap and I played are Pinnacle Bet365. Do not bet on asian handicap unless you know for sure what bet – it’s your money, remember. Look for information in the help section of bookmakers or confidently use Google if you have questions.

Asian Handicap is a way to bet on an event that involves giving (virtual, of the bookmaker) advance the goals for the team is the underdog. This advance in goals can be and decimal (some bookmakers displays disability in fractional format) thus rule out a draw.

Asian handicap option provides enhanced value to the bettor and is potentially less risky than betting style “Win-Draw-Win”. You must select your favorite team to overcome a handicap or to oppose a team that uses a handicap favorites. Asian Handicap bet type is made up of two components, disability line and money line.
