Besiktas – Kasimpasa PREDICTION (09.07.2020)

Kasimpasa-Besiktas

Besiktas – Kasimpasa SOCCER PICKS

It is a disappointing season for 13-time title winner Besiktas. With four rounds to go, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray, Sivasspor and De Zwarte Adelaars will fight who enter Europe. First of all, Besiktas must defeat the fellow townsman Kasimpasa.

Besiktas:

Abdullah Avci was a trainer with a lot of experience within Turkey. The teacher gained experience with Turkish youth teams and even became national coach. He also ensured that Basaksehir could compete with the Turkish top clubs after a few years. Besiktas was interested in a collaboration, but it was short-lived. After half a season, De Zwarte Adelaars were in a disappointing seventh place and he was able to hand in his keys. After the arrival of Yeni Malatyaspor’s Sergen Yalcin, things went a little better for the club from Istanbul. Before the corona stop, he was at the helm for six games and only one was won. Besiktas climbed to fifth place in the rankings.

However, Besiktas disappointed the fans after the resumption of competition. At the end of the season, the black and white had to face seven teams from the right row and the derby against Fenerbahce. Besiktas is a club that you can not rely on as standard, because the fighting spirit or footballing ability is certainly not the same every week. That while the team of Burak Yilmaz, Georges-Kevin N’Koudou and Jeremain Lens should have enough quality to put aside mediocre opponents. After the resumption, two games were won and two games lost, so Besiktas’ starting position on European football is not very strong. The meeting against Fenerbahce can be vital on July 19.

Kasimpasa:

Thanks to last season, Kasimpasa was seen as a team that had to work hard to avoid relegation. However, the team is now safe and only looks up. Actually, it did not look like it, because Kasimpasa is also working on her second trainer this season. In March Apaçiler was still in the relegation zone, but Kasimpasa had two clear victories. Kasimpasa could not stay in good shape, because then the COVID19 virus broke out. When the competition resumed three months later, the club of Ricardo Quaresma and former Eredivisionist Dogucan Haspolat got off to a great start. They defeated Yeni Malatyaspor, Fenerbahce, Genclerbirligi and played a draw against Sivasspor. Playing without an audience is not too bad for Kasimpasa, because with an average spectator number of 2,427, the team has only a small supporter.
