Verona – Genoa Prediction & Preview and Betting Tips (04.12.2017)

Chievo-–-Genoa-prediction-tips-preview

Match that closes the day in the Italian Serie A between two teams with problems such as Hellas Verona and Genoa.

The Verona, newly promoted after his brief passage through the Serie B is located in relegation places but a victory tomorrow over his rival would make them go from there to precisely the Genoa, since these do not fare much better, two positions above Verona to a single point in a disappointing season so far.

That is, a priori match between two teams that are possibly fighting for the same goals at the end of the season.

The line at 4.5. Feasible. But I am disappointed because both teams receive at least two cards (the red one here counts as a card).

It is the most cautioned team in Serie A, as is Verona, who has received 37 yellow cards and three red cards in 14 games (average of 2.86 cards per game, counting the red card as one). Of premises they have received 19 of those cards (2.71 per game).

They have received two or more cards in all their home games, including one at Coppa where they beat the Avellino 3-1 in Serie B.
This forecast would have occurred in four of his eight home games, evidently not in the rest by the rival.

Rival tomorrow will be the Genoa, another of the highest scored teams in Calcio receiving 29 yellow and three red cards (average of 2.29 cards per game).

As a visitor, Genoa has received 13 yellow cards and three red cards in seven games.

They have received two or more cards in six of their seven away games. The only match where they did not overcome this line was in his visit to Cagliari where they did not receive a card in their victory by 2-3 in a game that refereeing Massa, which this year is currently quite under.

For this game we have Damato.

He has a career average of 4.86 cards per game (the red one as a card) and this season his average is 4.0 cards per game in six he has managed.

Al Genoa has refereed 26 times throughout his career showing 62 yellow cards (2.38 cards per game) and showed them two or more cards in 20 of those 26 games.
To see a match of the Genoa with less than two cards refereed by Damato we would have to go back to the 12/13 season and since then ten consecutive matches receiving two or more cards.

This season on the first day in a Sassuolo 0-0 Genoa showed them three cards for a total of five.

Al Verona has only refereed four times during his career showing 10 yellow cards (average of 2.5 cards per game) and showing them two or more in three of those four games.

This season he ruled the defeat by 0-5 against Fiore where the locals received two cards.

The previous confrontations also accompany:

-15/16 Verona 1-1 Genoa; 4 cards (2 for each team).
-15/16 Genoa 2-0 Verona; 4 cards (2 for each team).
-14/15 Genoa 5-2 Verona; 6 cards (2 for Genoa, 4 for Verona). Arbitrated by Damato.
-14/15 Verona 2-2 Genoa; 4 cards (2 for each team).
-13/14 Verona 3-0 Genoa; 5 cards (3 for Verona, 2 for Genoa).
-13/14 Genoa 2-0 Verona; 3 cards (1 for Genoa, 2 for Verona).

Of the last six, five green, all consecutively. In the match refereed by this same referee the forecast was fulfilled.
