Paris-SG-Lille

Paris SG – Lille SOCCER PICKS

In Ligue 1, everything runs just as usual at first glance. As expected, Paris Saint Germain is undisputed at the top of the table and will most likely defend the championship. In second place, however, Monaco, Lyon or Marseille are missing. The OSC Lille is getting ready to become the second strongest force in French football and to secure a starting position in the European Cup. Surprisingly, this is only limited, after all, the Great Danes have invested about eighty million in their squad in the last two seasons. We do not expect that the young and ambitious team of coach Christophe Galtier has grown for the star team of coach Thomas Tuchel.

PSG:

Under head coaches Thomas Tuchel Paris Saint Germain has laid in Ligue 1 a unique start and is after the eleventh matchday with a 11-0-0 balance, a superior goal difference of 39: 6 and thirty-three points undisputed and without any loss of points at the table top. In the Champions League but shows again that the highest French league in international comparison can not keep up. For, unlike the hopes of the Arab donors, PSG threatens in the premier class after a defeat against Liverpool (2: 3), a game against outsiders Red Star Belgrade (6: 1) and a very lucky draw against SSC Naples (2: 2 ) this time even after the third matchday the end in the group stage.

In Ligue 1, on the other hand, no team of offensive power had grown around superstars Neymar and Mbappe. In the last five games alone, Stade Reimes (4: 1), OGC Nice (3: 0), Olympique Lyon (5: 0), SC Amiens (5: 0) and Olympique Marseille (2: 0) have been downright outclassed. Overall, the capital city team scored nineteen goals and allowed only one goal conceded.

Lille:

In the last season, the OSC Lille despite investment of seventy million was on the brink and would have fallen by a hair. With a brilliant final spurt, the Danes rescued at the last moment on the seventeenth place and barely held the class. In the summer break, the managers changed their transfer policy and head coach Christophe Galtier managed to form a young, ambitious and success-hungry elf. So Lille stands after the eleventh matchday of the current season with a record of eight wins, a draw and two defeats, a strong goal difference of 20: 8 and twenty-five points in second place.

Of the last five league games in Ligue 1, the OSC could win four at least. Only at Girondins Bordeaux the Galtier-Elf conceded a narrow 0: 1 defeat, although the Great Danes deserved a draw or even a victory. As a result, Europa League finalists Olympique Marseille (3-0), AS Saint-Etienne (3-1), Dijon FCO (2-1) and SM Caen (1-0) were beaten. Responsible for the current success include striker Jonathan Bamba (arrived before the season of AS Saint-Etienne) and Nicolas Pepe, who each contributed seven of the total of twenty goals.
