In the previous match against Manchester United, if the WBA had a little more conviction and luck, it ends up taking the 3 points. Stealing them from hell itself.
But it could not be. The luck was with De Gea and the 0-0 remained until the end. What I really liked was the creation of the WBA game. The pivoting of everybody to leave the ball clean to a finisher from outside.
West Brom
The 2 clearest chances of that match were for the same man, the captain and ex Manchester, Darren Fletcher. One, from outside the area, bounced in the gloves to De Gea and hit the crossbar. The other one screwed up because if it was not the first one.
Then, I think Darren will be more encouraged than in the previous game. The reason? This game must earn it. He was forgiven of drawing or losing. Of this, against a direct rival, winning is indispensable.
The captain will remove the caste.
